Executive Coaching

I have particular experience in coaching leaders and managers within creative, fast-moving and entrepreneurial organisations. My coaching style provides a safe, supportive and confidential environment. I use gentle questioning techniques to tease out issues and explore possible options for action. I work collaboratively with both the individual and if appropriate the organisation sponsor to establish clear priorities and outcomes.
